December 1

My mom and I had our first Origami Owl Jewelry Bar today.  It was fun to interact with ladies as they swooned over the lockets and charms :)

December 2

I've been having my share of Starbucks' peppermint cake pops lately:

December 3

I started a new reading plan about Advent in preparation for Christmas...

December 4

These holiday stamps make me smile:

December 5

I'm loving the pop of color that red charms add to my customers' lockets!

December 6

Getting packages in the mail makes me smile, especially when they're filled with pretty paper and goodies to scrapbook with:

December 7

I love that you can change out the charms to make a seasonal Origami Owl Living Locket:

December 8

I love Roxy so much, she just might get her very own Origami Owl locket.  What a spoiled doggie!  She's just the sweetest little dog ever :)

December 9

I love this beautiful, festive print from Flor Larios:

December 10

I can't believe how fast time flies!  I'm so glad that I have projects like this one to force me to slow down and enjoy life...

 December 11

I had a nice time catching up with my sister over coffee and a sweet treat.  Aggravating an ulcer that I didn't know about to the point of bleeding with said coffee? NOT so nice! :(

December 12

I enjoyed some Christmas cheer by way of some holiday decorations while at my chiropractor's office today:

December 13

Forget the sleigh, Santa drives a car! ;)

December 14

Joe humored me and let me take pictures of our reflection.  Too bad they ended up being grainy pictures thanks to the poor lighting (and no flash)...

December 15

Happy 1st birthday, Rafael!  Your auntie loves you :)

December 16

I got this sample last month but have been hesitant to try a chocolate/potato chip combo.  It was okay, luckily I love salty & sweet!

December 17

Roxy is looking nice and cozy in her new hooded sweatshirt:

December 18

An elf appeared in our classroom this week ;)  The red stocking is courtesy of one of my sweet 1st graders...

December 19

This package of pretzels caught my eye at the grocery store.  Did I mention that I love the combination of salty and sweet?

December 20

I'll be giving some Origami Owl goodies in the form of a locket and a gift certificate.  'Tis the season to share some O2 love!

December 21

The end of the school day brought a smile to my face.  I packed my stuff up and I'm looking forward to a relaxing winter break!

December 22

Displaying Christmas cards makes me smile.  Mine will have to be digital cards (again) this year.  I wish we had started our winter break sooner so I could have extra time to be prepared...

December 23

I love our family tradition of having an indoor snowball fight after all the gifts have been opened.  Laughter fills the room every time :)

December 24

There were lots of presents under the tree at Joe's parents' house today, and lots of happy grandchildren!

December 25

Joe and I spent the last part of Christmas Day out on an evening hike.  I LOVE taking in a beautiful sunset (and having someone to enjoy God's masterpieces with)!

December 26

This Origami Owl living locket and the charms were part of my mom's Christmas gift this year.  I love how each charm is so tiny and yet means so much!

December 27

How to relax: Cozy pj's, hot drink, Kindle, phone, laptop

December 28

Winter golf is typically cold and sunny in San Diego.  I'm so thankful that I kept outerwear like this knit cap out of storage when I moved!

December 29

I've really been missing Mike lately.  I'm sad that he was with us most of 2012, but didn't make it to another year.  I'm thankful for happy memories with Mike...

December 30

Today was a cold and rainy day in San Diego.  Thankfully a cozy sweater, hot chai latte, warm boots, arm warmers and my favorite lapdog kept me nice and toasty:

December 31

My last picture (a self-portrait) of 2012:

Hooray for finishing my photo-a-day project!!!  Bring on 2013 :)
